Before stepping into the spotlight, Jim proudly served as a Police Officer, taking on roles such as Law Enforcement Trainer, DARE Officer, Media Relations Officer, and Crime Prevention Officer. He was even named “Officer of the Year” in 2004 and served as Regional President of the Crime Prevention Association. Beyond the badge, Jim is a Military Veteran who served in the Persian Gulf, and holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, which helps him connect deeply with audiences through storytelling and relatable humor.

Jim’s professional journey extends into the corporate, security, and entertainment industries, where he’s held leadership roles as a Manager, Business Owner, and Adult Safety Facilitator. With over two decades of experience in high-stakes environments, Jim brings a unique perspective to his comedy—infusing heartfelt stories, sharp punchlines, and genuine insights about life behind the uniform.

Despite witnessing tragedy throughout his 20+ year career in law enforcement, the military, and private security, Jim has chosen laughter as his mission. His goal? To bridge the gap between the public and those who serve, reminding us all that cops and soldiers are human, too—with stories, struggles, and a sense of humor.

Jim’s talent has landed him roles in film, television, and radio, and his award-winning work spans screenplays, live performances, and more. A passionate community advocate, Jim volunteers, teaches, and hosts programs for both children and adults.

Manny Hernandez from Tempe AZ has been performing stand up comedy for audiences for over 30 years. Manny has made appearances on Que Locos, Loco Comedy Jam. Manny has worked with many of today’s hottest comics and legends as Paul Rodriguez and Gabriel Iglesias , Eddie Griffin and Joe Torry. He’s a regular on the LA scene with appearances at The Ice House and The Laugh Factory.

Manny has managed to book himself in such films as Take me home tonight with Topher Grace and the action film The Kingdom with Jamie Foxx. Manny just recently made the top 101 in the main event of WSOC festival in Las vegas making it to the 2nd round. Also upcoming is filming for Black Fridayz to be seen on Tubi. Manny also has the Mas Locos comedy show taping in pasadena slated for 2025. And most recently was selected for The Kenan presents showcase playing in a city near you.

From the mean streets of Tempe , Manny has loved every minute of his 30 plus years in the game. From playing open mics in bars at 14 to playing NYC.
